We will discuss your business needs and put together a plan that will work best for you.

Contract
All clients will receive a customized contract outlining the duties Laptop on the Go will assist you with. Once the contract has been signed by both parties, the client will receive a copy for their records.

Question? How much are your services?
Answer: Each service is priced according to your needs. We offer hourly, monthly and per project rates.
Question? Can I cancel your services at any time?
Answer: While we definitely don’t want to lose you as a client, we ask that you provide us with at least a 30-day notice.
Question? Can I meet you in person?
Answer: Especially during these times, we try to keep everything remotely. We offer zoom meetings as well. However, we can schedule an in person meeting. You will be charged a travel fee.
Question? Can I schedule a second consultation?
Answer: The first 30 minute consultation is free. If you need to schedule an additional consultation, I will charge a nominal fee of $35.
Question? Can I reschedule a missed consultation that was not cancelled?
Answer: You can reschedule once but will be charged $35 which needs to be paid before the meeting.
